Before setting up Green Sea, Bradley spent nine years in Executive Search as Founder and Managing Director of an award winning company. Clients included leading International Banks & Financial Institutions, with senior level mandates completed in London, Europe, United States, South Africa & Asia.

Bradley was involved in all aspects of the business from establishing and maintaining client relationships, winning mandates, formulating proposals, interviewing candidates & closing deals. He also managed the day to day running of the office, to include overall business strategy and PR.
